My name is Zander but I go by Angel. I have over five years of experience as a childcare provider, I am dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and consistent environment for the children in my care. I encourage montessori development, which emphasizes developing the whole child (physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs). I also incorporate basic sign language to aid in communication with infants and toddlers before they are verbally able to communicate.
