Zana was initially very polite and easy to communicate with in our initial messages and phone call. We set up an in-person meeting with our children at our home. She advised us shortly before the meeting time that she would not be able to make it. We made an appointment for the following day with her. She did not respond to us at all after that and did not show for the appointment. Her lack of respect and communication with my wife and I was very disappointing.
