About Zahyyeh

I'd describe my personality as energetic, warm, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because they carry a certain light within themselves and I think it's a beautiful thing to encourage children to find that light and build it up within themselves. I'm looking for a job that challenges me to engage with children while building on the caretaking skills I've already established. I started working with kids when I began babysitting for family friends a few years ago. I also became a tutor during that time in interacting with older kids as well. Last year, I was a biology teacher in a secondary school in Boston so I have experience working with teenagers as well. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, and read. I've loved reading ever since I was young and try to read at least one book a week. I also have been working on my cooking and baking skills this past year and love trying new recipes!
