About Zadie

-I'd describe my personality as caring, detail oriented, goal driven and reliable. -One of the things I love most about working with children is building meaningful relationships with them. Earning their trust and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy teaching them new skills, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them grow in confidence and independence. Being able to watch them learn, reach new milestones, and become more capable each day is what makes this work so fulfilling for me. -I'm looking for a position that I can be with long term and have open communication on expectations.
