Hi! My name is Zack, and I'm a compassionate, patient, and safety-minded caregiver with 10 years of experience supporting kids and teens in camp, private, and residential treatment settings. I'm currently earning my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience with autism, anxiety, developmental differences, and behavioral challenges. I bring a strong "camp counselor" energy, meaning I focus on creating fun, engaging, and structured experiences rather than just supervising. I love connecting through games, getting outside and being active, outings, and whatever your child is passionate about. I'm a bit of a nerd, so I enjoy bonding over their special interests and helping kids feel seen. I'm not just another babysitter, I'm a positive influence for your child.
