About Zach

Hi, I'm Zach! I'm a Florida-certified English educator with a genuine passion for working with kids. Growing up in a big family with four siblings taught me a lot about patience and communication. Whether I'm mediating a sibling disagreement or leading a classroom of 30 sixth graders, I know how to keep things calm, fair, and positive. I'm most comfortable with kids in the elementary and middle school range, which also happens to be my sweet spot as an educator. I'm energetic and creative by nature, so you can count on your kids being entertained. Outside of teaching, I'm a huge sports fan. I played collegiately, went on to work as a sports reporter, and still love playing, watching, and talking about sports any chance I get. I also have a passion for collecting sports cards and Pokémon. I'm friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. Parents can always expect transparency and updates while I'm with their children. Your kids are in responsible, caring hands!
