About Zachary

I like working with animals because I am generally not an individual who enjoys the company of other people but can enjoy being with just about any animal regardless of whether they want direct attention or just need somebody there for them behind the scenes. I can understand and appreciate animals in a way that has never been possible for me to do with other people. I have grown up with animals my entire life. I have volunteered at shelters on and off since age 12. In my spare time, I am a professional artist, I enjoy cooking and I am an avid fisherman. One thing you should know about me is I can be somewhat antisocial with other people (reserved, introvert) however this doesn't apply to animals. I can get along with just about any animal without any difficulty. The primary animals I will take on are cats and dogs (non aggressive). However I also have significant experience with small mammals as well as rabbits (my favorite pet to be with)
