About Yvonne

Yvonne has been an amazing Nanny and caretaker for our 2 daughters since March 2022. She is a loving, kind, compassionate and patient Nanny that focuses on the children in every situation. My wife and I have full confidence and trust in her with our daughters. She has helped our children enormously, from growing their confidence to improving their social skills. She has an excellent understanding of the needs and abilities of our children and is warm, nurturing, and responsive to them. She mostly spends time with our younger daughter (who calls her Tia) since the older one goes to a Pre-K school already on most days. She takes her on daily trips to see animals at farms, museums, libraries, playgrounds, dance class and other places to give her new and exciting experiences around our area. Yvonne’s positive demeanor and appreciation for the little things in life have rubbed off on our children, and we couldn't be more thankful. She has always brought a professional, thoughtful, organized and expert approach to her daily interactions with our daughters. She has a lot of experience and skills, but to summarize a few of her most prominent skills: • Excellent mentor with a passion for learning. • Works completely independent, from getting the food for them, going on adventures, helping with the girls’ laundry and keeping the kid’s areas clean and tidy. • Very professional and thoughtful with her day-to-day interactions with the girls. • She is teaching them Spanish. • Competent supervisor and caregiver for children. • Enthusiastic about life, learning and development of children. • Very reliable, she is always on time or gives us ample notice if anything comes up. • She responds to texts or calls right away. I really can't recommend Yvonne Grim enough and know that she will be an amazing Nanny for other families moving forward. By far the best Nanny we have had and it's a shame to have to say goodbye at the end of August, but both our children will start full time school in the Fall.
