Yvan was caring for my 94 year old father-in-law. She was flexible and helpful, always desiring to do things well. She also started the very next day after I had contacted her when another caretaker unexpectedly was no longer able to come. I called her while we were on a bus headed for leaving the country. She was also helpful in encouraging my father-in-law keep his doctors' appointment, that is when he did not want to go. Thanks Yvon! I highly recommend her.
