I'd describe my personality as empathetic, amicable, and conscientious. I like working with kids because I am passionate about being a positive influence in the critical years of development. I am also a firm believer in the concept that it takes a village to raise a child. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, has clear standards and boundaries, pays fairly, is communicative, and fosters a safe environment. I started working with kids when I was born into my family as the eldest daughter. Jokes aside, I have babysat as an adolescent, worked as a behavioral interventionist, and as an early childhood education teacher's assistant. In my spare time, I like to watch TV with my husband, play with our two kittens, read mystery books, and play video games. One thing you should know about me is I am very reliable. My skills include positive communication, conflict resolution, and quick decision-making. I am also BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
