My name is Yvedithe, ! I am finishing my education studying early childhood edu. I am very passionate about teaching children and helping with every developmental stage. I have worked with all age groups. I gravitate more towards toddlers to kindergarten. I am infant and toddler certified working on preschool certifications. I love to one day teach first graders. I've worked with children for over 10 years & have many different experiences with supporting families with their needs for child care. I am CPR certified. Yvedithe was my daughter’s toddler teacher at daycare and she is absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is patient, loving and kind. Not only did she help my daughter learn to walk, but she is the reason my two year old was genuinely excited to go to daycare. To this day, my kid lights up and runs over to Ms. Yvedithe to give her a big hug whenever she sees her. I cannot recommend Yvedithe enough.

Yve is wonderful!! We were looking for a babysitter when the pandemic started and got matched with Yve and we were so fortunate for this match!  She was great with our 2-year old daughter, really cared for her. Yve would take her out to the parks, go on walks, give her a bath at the end of the day, all the things to keep my daughter entertained. Yve was also was paying attention and on point, never on the phone or doing other stuff. If we didn't move out of town, we would have continued working with Yve. In fact, we still video chat with her since my daughter misses her so much!

We hired Yvedithe in August of 2020 to care for our foster daughter (4) and another child we care for (3).  She is loving, patient, engaging, and knowledgeable.  Both girls absolutely adore her. When I asked what they liked about playing with Yve they said, "I just love her so much" and "I like the experiments!" Yve plans developmentally appropriate learning activities, like science experiments, they really enjoy.

Both girls have significant needs, but Yve's patience and calm manner is just what they need. The 4 year old is dealing with significant trauma and 3 year old is on the spectrum. She works with the 3 year old's ABA therapist and even got trained as a technician to be able to deliver ABA services in our home. 

Yve has worked for us an average of 30 hours a week since the start of the school year (I am a teacher). Working with her has been such a positive experience! She is a one of a kind childcare provider equipped to work with families and children that have unique needs.

My kids love Yvedithe! She is so great with my kids. She comes up with creative projects and is very warm and connected to them. 

I worked with Yvedithe A from June 2017-September 2017, I hired her to babysit my 4 year old daughter and she was amazing. She was always willing to do more and was very flexible with my work schedule. She also is good at engaging with my daughter through both play and learning. Great with communicating and made sure to show up on time and ready to engage with my daughter. 

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Yvedithe this past summer while we worked together with a group of five and six year old children in a summer academic and enrichment program. Bringing years of experience working with children, Yvedithe's sweetness, patience, and overall loving nature makes her a perfect candidate for taking care of, and being responsible for, children. From the moment I met her, I knew Yvedithe had a lot to offer and she was nothing short of amazing working with our group of children, whether it was calming down an upset child, finding creative ways to captivate our children's attention, or ensuring that they were all receiving positive attention and were having fun. Every child we had gravitated towards her, which I think speaks well to her character. I genuinely believe Yvedithe would make a wonderful caregiver for any family.

Yvedithe was a counselor at a Youth Enrichment Program, an academic enrichment camp for low-income youth run through a camp for public service. As a counselor, Yvedithe was responsible for designing her own curriculum and field trips, teaching this curriculum--including math and literacy lessons--to a class of students, and creating and implementing effective behavior management plans. I worked with Yvedithe for two years, and in this capacity, I witnessed her focus, dedication, and commitment to the students she worked with. I could always rely on Yvedithe to work one-on-one with a struggling student, to manage the class when students were out of control, and to think quickly on her feet. Her commitment to the students she worked with, along with fellow staff, was impressive. She is an excellent member of a team, with a joyful spirit, and a strong work ethic.
