About Yusnia

am a responsible, caring, and patient professional with experience providing childcare and supporting children's development. I have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide one-on-one support to children, help them develop communication and daily living skills, and use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage appropriate behaviors. I am comfortable creating safe, structured, and fun environments for children while helping with routines, activities, learning, and emotional support. I am attentive to each child's individual needs and I always prioritize safety, kindness, and respect. I am reliable, organized, and passionate about helping children grow and feel confident.
