I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented, and I always prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or calls, always following their preferred method. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and speak Spanish.
