About Yuri

I am Yuri, a speech therapist in my country of origin, Colombia, with experience in neurological disorders in older adults for 12 years. I have accompanied language, nutrition and assistance processes from my professional work. I have lived here in the United States for 6 years, have had the opportunity to obtain other certifications and am on my way to achieving my speech therapist degree here in this wonderful country. I have tools to support older people in basic daily activities and somehow reduce the risk of premature deterioration. I have additional skills in cooking nutritious foods of suggested consistency to avoid the risk of food aspiration, I am very good at driving and I love cleanliness, clean spaces are an essential aspect of my job.
