About Yumiko

Over the last three to four years I have had many different positions working with all differently abled people. I began working in a camp that worked with people of all ages who were on the spectrum. This camp was for three months over the summer. At this camp, based on the ability of the camper, I was asked to help with all everyday living tasks including showering, putting to bed, and etc. After my time at this camp, I began my work as a caregiver for three adults on the spectrum with all different needs. My duties included administering medication, assisting with aversive behavior, taking clients to activities and appointments, cooking meals, cleaning house, and etc. I did this for about a year.
