she did not know a word of English. She showed up without communicating first, but on time.... Her husband waited in an obnoxious conspicuous spot in front of my house. We went back and forth in my doorway. Finally she went to get supplies from the car. I watched her for 5 min., then they drove away!!! Total waste of my morning.
