Hello families :) I'm Yuli and I'm mom of two kids and I'm looking for a full time job in San Francisco. I have over 9 years of experience taking care of babies and toddlers helping them reach their milestones and being happy. I have a bachelor degree in environmental Engineer and I'm taking classes in early childhood education at San Francisco City College. I consider myself; active, loving, responsible, respectful, organized, honest and patient. I love to do outdoor activities with the kids, books, music, dance, exercises, doing crafts, sensory activities, Spanish, and help them with their communication skills. As a parent, I know how important is help them be independent and learning, I would love to work with the parents to prepare the best curriculum for reach each goal. Yuli goes by "Sthefany". She looked after our baby girl for almost a full year (from 2.5 months to 13.5 months). We would not have survived the year without Sthefany's calm, reassuring, capable presence! She treated our daughter with utmost care, taught us so much about how to care for a newborn, and handled all the unexpected difficulties of newborn life (reflux, tummy issues, allergies, sleep) with the most expert hand. Sthefany ensured our daughter had a safe, calm environment, but also made sure she had exposure to a variety of experiences (reading, music, outdoor activities, tummy time, and more). She is well versed with infant development, and has simple and extremely effective ideas to implement developmental activities. She always followed our, and our baby's lead - gently encouraging her towards new milestones but never pushing her towards something she wasn't ready for yet. We trust Sthefany 100% and thanks to her we have a happy, curious, well-adjusted baby (now toddler) who loves to try new things and experience life. Sthefany is a great communicator, and checks in regularly to ensure that the parents and her are on the same page. She is very respectful of parental philosophies and choices, and has insightful suggestions on how to navigate different situations. Highly recommend her, and any family that gets to work with Sthefany is so fortunate!
