Yovanna watched my kids for years and we trusted her fully. She no longer watches my kids because they're older, but we still call her for date nights. My kids cheer (literally) when they know Yovanna is coming. She is the best babysitter we've had and the kids love her. She is loving and truly cares about the kids. She was able to develop a nice friendship with our whole family. She entertains the kids and listens to them. She even had the patience needed when my toddler entered a tantrum stage. I fully recommend her!
