With a college degree and two years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide services such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. Building trust is important to me. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My friendly and approachable nature makes me a reliable and compassionate care provider. I have a car and I am comfortable with pets.
