Yolaunda cared for both of my parents, who were in their 90s and living with dementia and my dad had Sundowner’s Syndrome. From day one, she showed so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. She helped with their daily routines showers, toileting, and medication and always treated them with respect and compassion. She also cooked their meals, kept things tidy around the house, and made sure groceries were delivered since they needed someone in the home at all times. What really stood out to me was her reliability she was always on time, never called in, and I could always count on her. We were so grateful to have her during such a sensitive time. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a caregiver She really puts her heart into her work.
