Hello my name is Yolando Philllips, I'm a dedicated and compassionate nanny with a strong passion for Early Childhood development. I am currently working toward certification as a Newborn Care Specialist to further deepen my knowledge and skills in caring for infants and supporting families during those important early months. In addition to my childcare experience, I proudly serve in the Army National Guard, which has taught me the values of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability.
