About Yolandah

Yolandah is an incredible mentor and leader. I’ve known her for years, and I joined her team during a time when I was searching for direction and working a job that wasn’t fulfilling. I shared my passion with her, and even though I didn’t have direct experience at the time, she saw my heart for the work and brought me on part-time, which eventually grew into a full-time role. She took the time to train me thoroughly, helped me get up to speed, and trusted me to work with multiple families. What made the experience so fulfilling was how intentionally she utilized my strengths and encouraged my growth. The skills, work ethic, and values I learned while working with Yolandah have continued to benefit me throughout my professional career. The work life balance was great because Yolandah deeply cares for the people she leads. She is trustworthy, direct, and leads with integrity , no shortcuts, just consistent excellence. Her work ethic is unmatched, and she always goes the extra mile.
