I worked for 3 different families: 1-year-old girl, 3 months old baby girl, and 1-year-old boy. 5. When I first came to the Bay Area, I worked part-time for a family in San Carlos taking care of a 2 years old boy. 6. I am writing to provide a reference for Yami, who helped provide backup child care for my three-month-old-daughter on a number of occasions. Yami is absolutely FANTASTIC. Things that stand out about Yami: - knows about baby's milestones and engaging in age-appropriate play and reinforcement of nap and feeding schedules - during wake windows she does a great variety of age-appropriate activities (eg tummy time, singing, books, talking to the baby) - an incredibly gentle and loving demeanor with my baby which made me feel so comfortable - her punctuality (always arrives on time) - neatness - does a great job washing bottles, folding baby's clothes - hygiene (washes hands constantly, both when arriving to the home and every time she is newly engaging with the baby) - very organized about documenting baby's feeding and naps Any family would be lucky to work with this exceptional caretaker!
