I'm a Senior Wellness & Lifestyle Companion with master's degrees in Social Work and Public Health. Following a career in senior leadership with the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, I chose to focus on helping active older adults remain independent, engaged, and connected to the people and activities they love. I provide personalized, non-medical companion and respite care tailored to each client's interests and goals. Whether it's walking the dog, gardening, going to lunch, attending water aerobics, shopping, organizing the home, or simply sharing meaningful conversation, my goal is to help clients continue living life on their own terms. I'm certified in Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid and am committed to providing compassionate, dependable support that gives families peace of mind.
