About Yodit

Yodit has been one of the best things to happen to my family since she started helping care for my mother, who has mobility challenges following a stroke. From day one, she has consistently gone above and beyond - not just in the expected aspects of caregiving, but in the small, thoughtful ways that make a real difference day to day. She supports my mom with her activities of daily living, including helping with showers and personal care, and always makes sure she feels comfortable and well cared for. She is also incredibly organized, which has made a huge impact - from keeping my mom’s space clean and functional to helping organize her closet and maintain her routines. What I especially appreciate is how she keeps my mom engaged in the things she enjoys. My mom loves plants, and Yodit helps her stay involved in caring for them, whether indoors or outside when the weather is nice. She’ll also take her out on errands - grocery shopping or even just getting out for a bit of light shopping - which has been so important for her quality of life. On top of that, she has helped manage and keep track of doctor’s appointments, which has been a major stress reliever for me while working full time. When I was navigating care for both my mother and my grandmother at the same time, she showed up with the same steadiness, compassion, and willingness to help in whatever way was needed. Beyond her work ethic, she is incredibly kind, a great listener, and completely non-judgmental. She creates an environment where everyone feels supported and at ease - truly, everyone who meets her loves her. Yodit is someone I trust deeply with my family’s care, and her presence has made an incredibly meaningful difference in our lives and in my ability to show up for my family. I can’t recommend her highly enough - any family would be fortunate to work with her.
