I'd describe my personality as patient, kind hearted and love to be around children About Me My name is Yoanis Báez. I am a certified RBT (Registered Behavior Technician). I love working with special needs children. I have experience with kids of all ages, helping with daily home tasks like cleaning, simple meal prep, laundry, and keeping the home safe and organized. I have a valid driver's license. My first language is Spanish, and I understand a good amount of English (basic level). I can follow instructions and communicate in everyday situations. I am still learning, but I understand well. The most important thing for me is to build trust with children and families. I am patient, responsible, and caring.
