I have two years of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I'm passionate about promoting their well-being and independence. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and handle any confusion with grace, incorporating memory care activities when needed. I am skilled at creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, following their preferred method. I can also provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
