Ylanie has been absolutely amazing! We found her after relocating, and she’s been such a blessing to our family on the weekends. Even though she had no prior experience working with someone who is paraplegic, she came in eager to learn. She quickly picked up wound care, my bowel program, and how to safely use the Hoyer lift. She brings so much positive energy, kindness, and compassion every time she’s here. She’s dependable, caring, and always willing to help however she can. We call her our sunshine because she truly brightens our days. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
