I have worked with Yissel for 15 years as a charge nurse in a skilled nursing and rehab center. Yissel is an extraordinary CNA. She has a very positive attitude. She is always willing to help residents patients,family members and other staff. The patients absolutely adore her for her kindness, patience and sense of humor. Yissel is punctual and very reliable with her commitment’s. She will always complete any task that is assigned to her. She asked appropriate questions when necessary and will always ask for help when needed. She is very thorough and does a phenomenal job with all of her work. Yissel is an integral part of the nursing team.
