First day she is definitely great. Too bad i hired her. 

Yirong was a perfect fit for our family/2 year old toddler. She is experienced, energetic, reliable and a great cook! And to top it all off, she is always willing to help out around the house, whether it's washing dishes, light tidying or laundry! 

There are nannies and then there's Yirong.  We've been fortunate to work with some great nannies in the past but Yirong is truly a cut above.  We have a 12mo old son who has lots of energy and Yirong was able to jump right in and keep him entertained.  She is very attentive to him and keeps him on a scheduled routine with his meals, nap-time and playtime.  She also speaks to him in Mandarin which we love and are excited for him to learn another language.  Yirong is always doing; whether it's cleaning the house, washing the laundry, or cooking amazing homemade dishes, she is always mindful of helping out in any capacity.  She has become a wonderful extension to our family and we couldn't have asked for more!

Hard worker, attentive to our son's needs, notified us promptly if there were ever concerns.  Kept the house spotless and made us some tasty Chinese meals.

Yirong is like a family member. She has been caring for our children for almost five years. She is always reliable, punctual, and dependable. She feeds our children well, keeps them on their scheduled routine, sends us videos of our kids throughout the day. She is fully engaged with the children the whole time. If she has a moment she even does some light housekeeping which always impresses us every time. When we come home she gives us the full report on what the children have been doing. I want my children to be multi-lingual so Yirong has taught them a great deal of mandarin. She is like a nanny, housekeeper, personal chef, and mandarin tutor all in one! Yirong is moving to Arizona, we will miss her SO much. No one will ever be what Yirong was. She comes with my highest recommendations to anyone considering hiring her.
