About Yessica

Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support is the foundation of my seven years of tutoring experience. I specialize in Math, English, Art, History, and Sports & Fitness for elementary and middle school students. My approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I assess your unique learning style by observing how you interact with new material and maintaining open communication about your needs. By celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement, I keep lessons engaging even when concepts become challenging. I believe that clear communication builds the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with your family to help you succeed and grow.
