To provide the high level of care for newborns, preemies and Twins in the first months of life. I am very friendly and professional. I have several years of experience so for that reason I have many recommendation letters. I am very responsible. I am also very flexible to what the parents necessities may be.

Yessica reached out to me about a newborn specialist position, and as a first time mother it sounded like a great idea. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with her after I hired her and stipulated on my contract that "if anything changes" I will let her know immediately. I went into labor three weeks early and informed her of that. At the time, she was doing another job and could not help with my baby until the date we decided on. Being a single mother, I had to hire help immediately, so I did. I reached out to Yessica multiple times about my deposit. I thought it was fair that she at least return half of it, considering she did not provide any service. She was not interested in resolving my concern and completely ghosted me when I asked her to provide some services in exchange for keeping my deposit. The baby industry is not like any other business. It requires compassion and understanding when things are beyond ones control. I would not recommend her.

Yessica was our night nanny for 3 months from the time our baby was 8 weeks old, and she was excellent! Always prompt and helpful. Not only did she let us catch up on some much needed rest, but she also guided us through our baby's sleeping process. As first time parents it was invaluable having someone to help!

Yessica is very dependable and knowledgeable person. She was very loving with my little one and was extremely helpful to me as I am new mom. I would recommend her to anyone and trust her completely with my baby. 

We hired Yessica to help us out at night with our newborn twin girls. She has a very calming and positive personality and our girls were immediately drawn to her. She eventually became our daytime nanny. Yessica is a genuinely caring and nurturing person and treated our girls as her own. We never worried about them being in good hands. She helped us navigate through our first stages of parenthood as first time parents and we are eternally grateful for the care she provided.

We loved Yessica! Our baby was born three months premature and suffered from back reflux. Yessica was able to sleep train him and us and he is now sleeping through the night. She was caring and knowledgeable and always provided feedback and suggestions in the morning. 

Yessica was very helpful with my baby twins. She was very flexible, always on time, helped me with house cleaning as well with my babies. I was very thankful to find her. Always smiling and laughing! Babies  adjusted very well and fast. We hired Yessica while in vacation in Hermosa Beach. We hope to see her when we visit again.

Yessica was a wonderful nanny for our 7 1/2 month old baby boy. She knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to taking care of a baby and I was always at ease with her around. She is friendly, energetic and fun and I most certainly would hire her again. 

Yessica is a wonderful and caring person who is responsible and knowledgeable in the care of infants. I highly recommend her. She has been with our family as a night nurse for months now and been a tremendous help. 

We hired Yessica to care for our 3mo old and she did an amazing job!  Very kind and loving and extremely patient.  I was leaving on a business trip and my baby was having a hard time taking the bottle and Yessica helped to get her to use the bottle while I was gone!  I would definitely have her back next time she is available!

Yessica was the night nurse for my twin girls from the day I came home from the hospital until they were approximately 3 months old.  She was always punctual, friendly, and very loving to the girls.  I could tell from the beginning that she was very experienced as she handled every situation expertly and never seemed stressed out or surprised by a situation.  As a new mom, she taught me so much from breast feeding positions, to bottle feeding, bathing, etc.  Yessica really gave my husband and me a solid foundation to care for our kids.

We were truly bless for counting with Yessica's warm and very professional care for almost a full year. She is not only so well prepared as newborn specialist but also such a kind and loving person. We hope to have her back for our second baby.

Yessica helped us care for our son when he was a newborn.  She was great with the baby (as she is also a mother) and helped us get organized.  We were somewhat unprepared since he arrived a little early.  She was with us for several months.

She worked with us for 2 months from 10 pm - 6:00 am, five times a week. She is exceptional. She taught us so many care techniques as new parents. She was always punctual, courteous and we consider her a part of the family even today. She has returned to fill in for our current caregiver on an as needed basis. The children are so happy every time they see her. I'm forever grateful to Yessica's help during a very challenging time.
