Nanny with seven years of experience in child care and 1. 5 years as a household manager/ personal assistant. Yessica cared for our 9 month old while we attended a family wedding. Coming from out of town, I was nervous to hire anyone- Yessica was amazing. As soon as she walked into our rental my worries disappeared. She is calm and confident, warm, and effortlessly connected with our little one. While we were away, she shared updates with us. Yessica was amazing when taking care of my kiddos (6 months old and 4 year old). I went with the hubby for 3 weeks on vacation and she picked the kids up, took them to daycare and brought them back home.

She also helped prepping some food during the week and watched them during the weekend to give my in-laws time to rest.

Yessica is a highly qualified, reliable, wonderful care giver, particularly for very small children. Yessica has cared for our daughter since she was three months old, and I feel so lucky that our daughter has had Yessica in her life.  Yessica is very knowledgeable about small children, and, as such, was easily able to feed, soothe, and help our daughter fall asleep when she was very small.  I never had a minute of worry leaving our daughter with Yessica, as I knew our daughter would be safe and happy while in her care.  Now that our daughter is closer to two, Yessica helps our daughter through separation from us when we have to leave for the day or evening, and is able to distract her with fun games and play.  Yessica is also kind and thoughtful, and I hope she will be in our lives for many years to come!

Yessica is wonderful with our daughter! We were lucky enough to meet her through daycare and have had her come babysit at the house. Our daughter is so happy to see her everyday. We plan on using Yessica as a babysitter long after our daughter leaves the infant room. 5 stars is not enough, Yessica is absolutely fantastic!!!
