I hold a Bachelors in psychology with a concentration in Children and family studies minor, enabling me to be ECE certified to work in the early childhood education field. I have a wide work experience with infants and children due to my employment at an early childhood education center in Chicago. I further developed my nurturing care giver/teacher skills as well broadened my knowledge on child development with my employment opportunities afterwards in other early childhood center daycares. I now have 11 years experience working with infants/toddlers and I have more recently been a full time nanny for infants the last 8 years. am very understanding, patient, gentle, loving and interactive as babies are my biggest love in this world! I also love being creative and enhancing learning with art, crafts, reading and anything that is fun and educational!

We had Yesenia watching our daughter from the time she was 5 months old to 20 months old. We only parted ways because we were moving to the suburbs and the commute was much too far. Yesenia had such a calm and caring way with our daughter. From the first day we left them alone together, we never had a doubt that she was safe and well taken care of. Yesenia followed our schedule to a “t” and gave us daily updates on her eating and bowel movements. She prepared well-balanced lunches and dinners for her, took her on walks, went to the park and played inside when the weather was bad. She helped promote her crawling and walking development and read to her often. Now at 23 months old all that reading is paying off, with our daughter bursting with language. We miss Yesenia dearly and any child would be lucky to have her!
