About Yesenia

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With three years of experience as a certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive, engaging environments where students build both confidence and a genuine love for learning. I assess your child's unique needs by observing how they interact with new material, allowing me to tailor my approach through visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussion. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to real-world interests to maintain momentum. Clear, consistent communication with you is a priority to ensure we are aligned on your child's progress. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping your child succeed and thrive in their academic journey.
