I am Private Duty Special Needs Caregiver from Cuba. I am newly moved from Florida and my Home Health Assistant license and permit are from that State. I have 15 years of experience with Special Needs children. I have experience also because I am the mother of two twin children and both are autistic, they have already grown up and with the help of the family they are already well. I am passionate about what I do, because I lived it very closely. I am very patient and Responsible with my work and I love what I do and very Consistent. My English is not well yet, although I am working on the basis of improving my Language, but I get better every day. My primary language is Spanish. Yeny has been tremendous help for our family and great for all ages from special needs children to elderly in different health stages. She has extended hands-on experience in skilled private nursing and is very attentive and nurturing. She is able to use main ICU ( Intensive Care Unit ) equipment and do most procedures [ Ventilator, Trach ( Tracheostomy ) , Gastronomy Tube ( G-tube ), Diabetic, Urinary ( Foley ) Catheter, Enema and Wound Care, included Physical Therapy ( PT )] She is excellent with non-verbal, special needs, wheelchair and bedridden patients. Her positive, emphatic and loyal nature helps to get over many challenging situation. We were really impressed with her capabilities and will use her services in the future. Monica S.
