I hold a college degree and bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to my work. My experience includes respite care, transportation, hospice services, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is always my priority.
