20 years spent caring for others has shaped who I am. My passion stems from a deep desire to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Previous care roles affirmed my ability to positively impact their lives. I am a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and manage errands. I also assist with home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility, and physical activity. I understand the importance of personal connection. I learn about your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate through written reports, texts, or calls, following your preferred method.
