For two decades, I've dedicated myself to enriching the lives of adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep desire to support their independence and well-being, inspired by many positive experiences in prior roles. I hold a graduate degree and bring extensive experience in home health, mobility assistance, dementia care, and medical management. I'm also skilled in hospice services, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and physical activity. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. Communication is key, and I provide verbal updates, written reports, and always follow the family's preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
