We hired this individual to care for our little one, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. On the first day, there was very little interaction or engagement with our son, and communication with him was minimal, which quickly caused him to become bored and disengaged. We decided to give her another opportunity, thinking she may have simply been nervous during the initial visit. However, she later committed to returning to our home and never showed up, nor did she call or communicate to cancel or reschedule. Based on our experience, we would not hire her again.
