About Yazmin

Hi! My name is Yazmin but I go by my middle name, Estrella, and I'm a caring, dependable, and patient sitter with experience working closely with both children and young families. I currently work as a Teen Parent Specialist at a nonprofit organization where I support young moms ages 13-21, mainly within the foster care system, along with their children ages 0-5. My role includes helping with transportation to appointments, creating a safe and supportive environment, and guiding moms to make sure they are caring for their children appropriately. I'm currently a Senior at Texas A&M University majoring in Spanish with a Teaching Certification. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps me communicate with a wide range of families and children. I also have extensive training in: Trauma-informed care CPR/AED First Aid Medication administration
