Yaz is absolutely incredible with our two littles (ages 1 and 3) and has a natural gift with kiddos. From the moment she walks in, she is fun, patient, and fully engaged—getting down on their level, playing, reading, crafting and making them feel safe and cared for. She takes care of meals, diapers, naps, and transitions with ease. Sometimes she makes it look too easy, ha. How she stays so calm even through the big feelings, miracle worker. Our kids run to her when she arrives. Yaz is responsible, always on time, and great with communication. Grateful to have her in our circle.
