In college I cared for a toddler who her parents struggled to make her comfortable with any babysitter; I was able to make her enjoy my company and warm up to me in way that made her mom surprised that she listens to me when I speak to her very calmly. I think children are intelligent and each child is different and because of that the way the babysitter should deal with them is customizable to each and every child.a
