About Yasmin

Hi everyone! I'm graduating this May with a degree in Design Studies meaning creativity is one of my strongest skills, something I love bringing into the work I do with kids! I have over five years of experience working with children, beginning as a swim instructor for ages 2 to 5, and then moving into a daycare setting where I cared for children from 3 months to 6 years old. While also incorporating one on one babysitting with individual families. My responsibilities have included everything from planning engaging crafts and educational activities, to assisting with potty training, managing groups of up to 6 children at a time, to water safety. I'm CPR certified, have a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. I also speak Portuguese and Spanish fluently, and have some experience with sign language as well.
