About Yasmin

I'm Yasmin! I'm a full time college student attending Sac State, majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech Therapy)! I grew up taking care of my siblings, and after my experience as a swim instructor, in which I built connections with many families that then asked me to babysit outside of swim lessons, I've found a love for being a positive role model and friend to kids, while also allowing parents to relax, knowing their kids are in good hands. I am CPR and first aid certified! Beyond being able to help families in my area, I look forward to cultivating caregiving skills that can assist me in my future as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In my free time I read, listen to music, and volunteer at GiGi's Playground, a non-profit organization that provides free programs for kids, teens, and adults with Down Syndrome.
