I'm doing in home childcare. I am taking only 3 children to look after. I am looking for infants preferably as we're a military family and will be stationed here for 3 years! I look for infants because I can build a relationship from the start and establish trust and routine with not just the child but parents as well! Have worked in childcare for 3 years and worked with children outside of childcare for about a decade. Because I'm looking for longevity I am not charging by the hour but by month. $1, 300 flat rate.
