When Yasmine first started working for me, she was punctual, energetic, and seemed genuinely committed to the job. Unfortunately, over time, her performance declined. She began arriving late, often with a Starbucks in hand, which gave the impression that punctuality was not a priority for her. I also noticed she became increasingly inattentive to my daughter, frequently distracted by her phone instead of being fully engaged. Eventually, she stopped showing up altogether without any notice or communication. This lack of professionalism and reliability was extremely disappointing.
