Yasmeen is reliable, honest, and a hard worker. She works for me regularly and I highly recommend her services.

It’s not an exaggeration to say that Yasmeen saved us. Between disabilities, injuries, and kid-related messes, our family has struggled to stay on top of housekeeping and we needed a lot of help resetting our space. Yasmeen came prepared with a plan and executed it to perfection. Rooms that were close to unusable became tidy, organized, and functional almost like magic. In addition to being hardworking and punctual, Yasmeen is empathetic and non-judgemental, which helped set us at ease immediately. She has also been kind and engaging with our children, occasionally keeping an eye on them when we run quick errands or helping nudge them in the right direction while we’re trying to get them ready for school/activities. I’m so thankful we were able to find someone that could get our house back on track and alleviate our stress and anxiety about it. You will absolutely not regret hiring her. 

Yasmeen was punctual and communicative. She did a great job cleaning our home. 

Did not follow through with scheduled initial meet. I appreciated the communication about not able to make it, but probably should not have scheduled  if unable to make proposed meeting. 

She has the best fun and loving energy! My kids immediately loved her and she played with them actively the entire time. Can't tell you how relaxing it was to have her here and overhear tons of baby giggles!!

I interviewed her, scheduled an appointment, and she never showed up. I sent a message multiple times to make sure she is OK and I have never heard back. It was awkward and unprofessional.

We really appreciate Yasmeen's help. Our household really needed some extra help due to our work hours, health related reasons, and because our child and two pets have been a handful during COVID. We realized we didn't have the time to keep us and we frankly needed a little break from the stress of having to keep up with everything. 

Yasmeen has helped us with all cleaning tasks in the kitchen (dishes, counters, trash, recycle, stove, organize dishes etc.), she has helped us vacuum the living room, pick up our child's toy, pick up and organize dog toys, organize and pick up our child's room, hang and fold laundry, and many more tasks. We really needed the help and Yasmeen has been extremely valuable to us, helping us find some calmness in our space. I recommend Yasmeen to other families to need household help. We are very comfortable with Yasmeen at our home when we are out and about or when we are all home. Usually, we communicate via text (after an initial video chat), to review what type of help we needed. She gets started right away and works methodically and prioritizes the areas were we need the most help. 

 She is also very good with kids and our child loves to say hello anytime she gets when Yasmeen is around.

Yasmeen cleaned our house and was hard-working, efficient and did a great job overall. She is also friendly, dependable, punctual and follows directions. Would definitely hire her again!

Yasmeen has been our nanny for 6 months and she is fantastic. We have 2 toddlers, ages 1 and 2, and also an energetic dog. It really is chaos sometimes and Yasmeen can absolutely handle it. She can solve problems that come up. She's also a good listener, so I always know things are being done how I want them to be done. One of my kids is more of an introvert, and not always keen on new people. At the start Yasmeen was very intuitive and let my child warm up at her own pace. That saved me a lot of anxiety, to say the least. Yasmeen is very involved with the kids. They read books, go to the park, sing songs. Yasmeen truly enjoys her work. We've been lucky to have her!
