I want to have a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for. I'm patient and calm, which is essential for a childcare provider. I'm also creative and imaginative, which helps me to keep children entertained and engaged. I'm friendly and approachable, which makes it easy for children to feel comfortable around me. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I'll give parents verbal updates on their child's day at pickup, and I'm always available to discuss any issues that may arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe in being consistent with discipline. I'll work with parents to develop a discipline plan that works for their child.
