It is hard to truly express how incredibly special Yara is in a review but I will do my best. Yara has been our nanny for our two young children until they went off to school. In that time she became family to us and we have continued to use her for babysitting, and she will always a presence in our life and the lives of our daughters. She is a warm, energetic person who genuinely loves children and takes an active interest in the growth and well being of the children she cares for. My children’s curiosity and care for the planet and fellow humans exists in large part because of the beautiful manner in which Yara engaged with my children whether it be an outing to the park, a book she brings over, a conversation over cooking muffins etc. She brings more to each moment. She is incredibly respectful of our home and way of doing things and we were very like minded in raising children as whole child worthy of respect. Yara is youthful enough to run around with your kids, play imaginatively and bring silly to the challenging moments of routine. But she is also mature, always principled and dedicated to her work. She has the purest heart and will be a gift to any family who treasures her the way she will you.
